  • Yoga history and philosophy and how to incorporate philosophy into the classes you teach

  • English and Sanskrit names of poses

  • English vocabulary for teaching and vocabulary connected to philosophy and deeper topics

  • The subtle body (Chakras, nadis, bandhas and pranayama)
